Movement for Every Body
We believe that wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection. Our classes are built on the values of community, education, and inclusivity. Whether you’re here to sweat, stretch, or slow down, Align offers a space to grow without expectation

Founding Story
Founding Story
Align Yoga & Pilates was born from a simple truth — movement should be for every body. What began as a small group of like-minded practitioners in Tillsonburg has grown into a welcoming studio where people come not just to move, but to reconnect. The founder’s vision was to create a space where expectations are left at the door, where each class encourages curiosity, compassion, and confidence in your own body’s rhythm. Align became that home — for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Our Vision
Our Vision
To help individuals accept themselves without expectation and rediscover who they are through movement. We believe alignment goes beyond posture — it’s about aligning with your purpose, your truth, and your energy both on and off the mat.

Yoga Teacher
Pulse Pilates was born from a simple idea: that mindful movement should energize, not exhaust. Our founder, a lifelong mover and teacher, wanted to create a space where Pilates felt powerful yet approachable. What started as small group sessions has grown into a studio known for blending flow, rhythm, and strength in ways that empower every client.
Amy is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Nurtured Neuroscience Practitioner, and Nervous System Educator who has been teaching Yoga for 10 years. Her journey from student to teacher began with a personal health crisis that led her to take a leap of faith into yoga teacher training to learn everything she could about why yoga was helping her feel better during such a challenging time. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions of her life, a choice that set her on a new path and deepened her commitment to healing, embodiment, and living with greater self-compassion and alignment.

She now specializes in gentle Hatha yoga designed to be accessible, grounding, and supportive for all bodies and life stages. As a mother to a toddler, Amy has a deep passion for supporting families in the early seasons of parenthood and brings this into her Baby & Me yoga classes, creating safe, nurturing spaces where parents can move, breathe, and feel seen.

Drawing from her training in Somatic Experiencing®, she weaves in practices that support nervous system regulation and embodied presence, blending traditional yoga with somatic wisdom. Her classes offer a gentle, invitational space to move with more ease and reconnect with yourself—just as you are!
