A classic Ashaya Yoga session focused on flexibility, tone, and mental clarity. Perfect for resetting before the week begins—each pose can be practiced to your comfort level for an uplifting end to your week.
Gravity reset
Emilys sessions beginning May 10 for 8 weeks. 8:45-9:45
